How to Cancel My Order?
If you decide to cancel your order, please contact us at info@vonado.com.
- If the parcel has not yet been dispatched, we can promptly cancel your order.
- Once the parcel is dispatched or in transit, we cannot cancel or accept returns for the order.
Exchange & Return Item(s) Policy:
- No returns are accepted after the order is shipped, except in cases where we made an error in shipping the wrong or defective item.
- We do not accept returns for any reason after the product has been dispatched unless there is a fault with the item.
If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@vonado.com with your order ID and a description of the issue. We will verify and assist with a resolution.
Refund Processing Time:
Refunds will be processed to your PayPal account within 1 to 3 days after we receive the return package, if applicable. You will receive confirmation emails from both PayPal and Vonado once the refund is issued.
